AiNA THE END reveals shockingly harsh diet: "I didn't eat anything for 4-5 days at most" "Unreasonable diet for someone in their early 20s"
Singer AiNA THE END (30) held a press conference in Tokyo on the 14th to announce her first photo essay, "Even if I'm Not Healthy" (Gentosha).
The book is a record of her 30 years of journey, written in her own words. Her favorite section is the piece titled "Stomach." "It's from my own experience. When I was in my early 20s, I was on a strict diet and I was fasting quite a bit. At times, I would go four or five days without eating anything," she said with a wry smile. "I was on that kind of diet, but then I got tired of it and suddenly I'd eat grilled meat or pancakes. I wrote this book with the theme of trying to see what would happen to my stomach and put myself in its shoes."
Then, holding the book, she changed her tone to bravely say, "This is what your stomach is saying," and passionately spoke about the stomach's voice, saying, "You'd be surprised if your food suddenly stopped coming. 'We don't have jobs! But we're grateful! A sudden long vacation is the best!'" She laughed and said, "There are moments when my stomach is saying things like this. If you like, I'd like you to play this in your head."
