The music video for singer-songwriter Kenshi Yonezu's "BOW AND ARROW," which featured two-time Olympic figure skating champion Yuzuru Hanyu, was released on the 5th and became a hot topic. A new music video for a solo version featuring Hanyu skating was released on the night of the 13th.

Hanyu performed a spectacular performance that included a quadruple Lutz, triple Axel, a flying sit spin followed by a broken leg and a sit back, a quadruple Salchow and a triple toe loop combination jump, hydroblading, a step sequence, and a Biellmann spin to finish off the show. He also choreographed the performance himself.

A video of the two talking was also released.

The two talked about their thoughts on the music video, behind-the-scenes stories from the production, and Hanyu's commentary on the program. Hanyu said of the program, "I had a strong desire to visualize the strength, speed, and transience of the music," while Yonezu commented on the program, saying, "He properly accepted my music and took it seriously." The conversation was deep.

"Bow and Arrow" is the opening theme song for TV Asahi anime "Medalist."
