"Tokyo Marathon" (2nd, Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building to Tokyo Station)

AKB48 member Yui Oguri took on her first marathon challenge. She completed the race in 5 hours 25 minutes 28 seconds (net time) and 5 hours 30 minutes 46 seconds (gross time). She placed 6,436th overall.

Before the race, Oguri posted, "This is my first full marathon. Although I've been an idol for 10 years and I'm confident in my physical strength, when I heard about it, I honestly wasn't confident that I could finish the race. But I decided to take on the challenge, hoping that I could be an opportunity to get as many people interested as possible, like, 'There are girls working hard in AKB,' or, 'AKB is taking on these kinds of challenges now,'" he said. During the race, he smiled and waved in response to the cheers from the sidelines.

Oguri participated in a program project for Nippon TV 's "Sunday PUSH Sports." Fans were moved on social media, with comments such as "It's amazing that she finished the whole race," "I'm crying," "It's amazing that she's this cute even after running over 30km," "She's so cute she's clearly out of place," "It's pretty impressive that she finished in under five and a half hours," "She's so refreshing even though she's at the end," "Yuiyui was so cute," and "Her fan service was so amazing I'm in tears."
